Dan and his staff are great. I called usa tire and told Dan I needed a used tire. Next day I walked in and Dan says, hi Rick how are you. Mind you I have never meet Dan before. He was able to fix my old tire and put it on my car and get me on my way. I will purchase my next set of tires at USA TIRE. GREAT EXPERIENCE. Thank you Dan and staff.

Once again! Dan exceeds expectations. Providing quality tire upgrades & services without smoke & mirrors. And....... Truly important safe tire choices that will meet long term goals. While there I also had a flat, but beyond that are the details. How do? The flat was near the top tread/sidewall. Most large chains will say your in need of a new tire No Repairs Possible. But USA did a 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Patch & only charged $10 Yea sure some places "offer" free tire repair, but understand it's just a hook to separate you from your wallet. This is my 4th or 5 th visit. But they have my trust & business

Best shop I've been too in a long time. Extremely honest and fair pricing. I felt like a kid going in there seeing all the restored pumps, and JJ was the perfect companion while I waited for my tires to get done. This shop is very friendly and felt just like family. They have a customer for life. Going to tell everyone about this place! Thanks for all the help!

I ran over a train track too fast and had a bubble on my tire. From the way I described it he thought I might have dented my wheel. I was expecting to pay for wheel and tire. After looking at it he said my wheel was ok, only needed tire. They got me in immediately and fixed my tire super quick. They gave me the best price they could and didn't try to take advantage of me. 100% happy I found this place.

This place is amazing! I walked in thinking I was just going to get new tires, since it's hard to find decent whole sets in my size. But they had one really good set left, and gave me a fantastic price. While I waited (which was not long at all, they're quick!), I got to talk to some very good people, play with their friendly dogs, and take a look at all their antique automotive stuff! The hour I waited flew by, and I am more than satisfied with my tires. Thank you, Rick!

Highly recommended! Especially as a new customer, I was kinda skeptical about the store or their price. I was interested for Nokian All-Weather WR G4 tires and they gave me out the door price which was quite unbeatable. I would like to thank Dan and Rick for keeping their patience with all the queries and support. As out of town customer, Dan gave me a break by keeping trust without getting any advance money or payment. That’s really appreciated. Quick 30 minutes FIVE STAR service. Shall purchase again from USA tires.

I called USA Tire this afternoon to see if they could fix a slow leak that has been pestering me for the past few weeks. Dan told me to bring it in and he would take care of it for me. When I got there, immediately he told me to park my car along side of the building. Not 20 minutes later I was leaving with my tire patched.

Best tire place around. Dan's a great guy who will give you the straight story on tires. They cant always give you the lowest price on every cheap, no name, tire you could get at PepBoys or Walmart, but you will get the best value on quality tires. This is a family owned business with the same people working there for many years so you won't have to deal with different random people every time you walk in. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with the big box stores for tires and just go to USA.

Dan re did the placement on my tires that is front to back and back to front. He also found a small bulge on one tire and replaced it . He did all this for 63 dollars. You can't beat that with a stick. I recommend everyone there now with winter approaching. No weekend hours with Covid.

0ld school business. Honesty Integrity You have there word. No appointments necessary or taken first come first serve. on multiple visits here I've dealt with Dan the Man. His Tire knowledge is superb. No b.s. No games Fair price comparisons Fair mileage comparisons tires installed while you wait. and today they did something that's never been done for me at any tire place. I had a screw embedded at the end of the tread near the top of the sidewall...... which usually means tire replacement time at the Big Chain stores. However Dan was confident that his team could patch it and fix it. $10 very impressed with this downtown Utica Business

Went to 3 different places in town to get my tire fixed. Also got 3 different problems ranging from a bent rim , all new tires and alignment, to a bad tierod. And those prices ranged from 169.00 to 369.00. Found this place because my brother Rick used to work there many years ago, and guess what? All I needed was a right front tire because the tread had separated. He changed it , balanced it, and it only 50.00 . As a single mom any other cost would have placed a heavy burden on me for the rest of the month. Thank you for being honest Rick. And thanks to my brother in heaven for pointing me in that direction.
